		<description><![CDATA[The Appellate Court decision in this Open Source Software case is absolutely fascinating: and the first case of its kind that i know of.  As I read it my blood is boiling alternately with ire and admiration at some of the things that the courts are saying; and worse, with what it may mean for the future of open source licensing.
